The Chris Reeve Pacific fixed blade knife has a high performance CPM MagnaCut steel blade. Grooves in the micarta, mirrored on the tang, provide extra grip. The Pacific comes with a heavy duty nylon sheath.
This Reeve/Harsey collaboration is the civilian version was created to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the 1st Special Forces Group. Based in Ft. Lewis, WA, 1st Group's theater of operations is Asia and the Pacific, so the name Pacific has been chosen to honor the home and work place of these fine soldiers.
